At what age can one start skating?

The most common starting age is 3–6 years, but you can start at any age — we also have groups for youth and adults. The first sessions focus on playful movement and getting used to the ice.

Do I need my own skates to start?

Rental skates are fine for the first sessions. If the interest continues, we recommend getting your own — our coaches will gladly help you choose the right pair.

What should we wear to training?

Comfortable, warm clothing that doesn't restrict movement: long trousers, gloves and a thin hat or headband. Bulky clothing tends to get in the way — dress in layers instead.

How do I register for training?

Fill in the registration form — we will contact you with a suitable group and a trial session time.

Where does training take place?

Training takes place at Tondiraba Ice Hall. See exact times on the training page.

How often is training?

It depends on the group: beginners usually train 2–3 times a week, advanced and competitive skaters up to 6 days a week. Alongside ice practice the programme includes physical training, ballet and dance.

Can parents watch the training?

Yes — Tondiraba Ice Hall has a spectator area. We ask parents to watch from the stands so children can focus on their coach.

How much does training cost?

The monthly fee depends on the group and training volume. Write to us for exact pricing — contact details are in the footer.
